HEAD OF SOFTWARE SALES
FirstEMS is looking for a Head of Software Sales to lead the growth of FirstEMS products.
You will develop plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets, organize and manage the sales team, and support strategic deals.
Responsibilities
- Develop revenue plans and execution forecasts.
- Recruit and train the team; standardize sales materials including Demo, POC, and Proposal.
- Manage all sales activities and be accountable to the Director for achieving revenue targets.
- Support strategic deals and develop partner channels.
Requirements
- College degree or higher.
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS/ERP; at least 2 years managing a team of 5+ members.
- Strong leadership & coaching skills; experience in enterprise sales, POC/RFP.
- Preferred: Knowledge of manufacturing, multi-branch retail, or services industry.

Responsibilities
- Identify, manage, and nurture customer accounts.
- Assess customer needs and coordinate with Presales to run product demos.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate pricing based on company sales policies.
- Prepare contracts for signing with customers.
- Work with the technical team to support customers during implementation.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates; provide weekly forecasts; handle post-sale care and upsell.
- Conduct post-sale engagement; expand modules via upsell/cross-sell.
Requirements
- College degree or higher.
- 2–4 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS/ERP preferred); strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge and usage of CRM; data-driven mindset; understanding of business processes.
- Prefer candidates with experience in Manufacturing / Retail / Services sectors.
